We are thrilled to announce our newest tiny home model – Halcyon Grand. This is our BIGGEST tiny home model with 400 sq feet of refined space!
Every model we release is a response to the needs of our clients and what they are looking for in a tiny home. Our models have evolved over the years to serve our clients, helping them realize their dreams and take steps towards living life more intentionally.
The Halcyon Grand is made for people who want to LIVE. It is the perfect cabin for a family of 4, a practical retirement home to live in full-time, or a beautiful guest house. The options are endless. We have taken the best of our building science and previous designs and added more space, storage, mindfulness, and tiny home magic towards genuine livability.

Park Model Designation
Privacy – we designed a 2-bedroom tiny home where both the master bedroom and the loft bedroom can be fully closed off for privacy. But as always, to keep things open and livable, we have huge windows and even added a sliding patio door onto the covered deck. The king master suite is stunning.
Storage, storage, storage – Our tiny homes have maximized storage, and this model has even more! The master suite has storage integrated into the bed as well as a full wall wardrobe. There is a full front hall closet, a kitchen packed with storage and ample bathroom storage.
Dining Room Table – With room for more people to sleep and live, more room is needed for food prep, dining and connection. We loved designing a table for 4 with integrated storage underneath.
Full Kitchen & Oversized Bathroom – This kitchen is great to cook in, and our bathroom has 6’10” ceilings! (Inspired by our first Halcyon Grand client who is 6’7”!) The bathroom feels so luxurious and comes standard with a soaker tub, or can be upgraded to a custom concrete and glass walk-in shower.
Washer and Dryer - this tiny home comes standard with a washer/dryer combo but has room for a full side-by-side washer and dryer!
